SHIPPING & RETURN

Shipping Policy

        All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another update when your order has shipped from our warehouse. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

        Free delivery is available for orders over Rs.999. For orders under Rs.999, we charge Rs.40 for each order. Order dispatch from our warehouse will be from 10.00 am to 08.00 PM on Monday to Saturday. We will update you every time your order's current status is via text message/ WhatsApp/ chat.

       You can skip the shipping fees with the local pickup option, When you confirm your order and select local pickup at checkout, You can collect your order from our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

       Our in-store pickup hours are 10.00 AM to 07.00 PM All Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Please contact us at info@optimaindia.in, if you have any doubt regarding our shipping policy 

How do I check the status of my order?

        When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification/ text message/ chat message from us which includes a tracking number that you can use to check your shipping status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you haven’t received your order within 5  days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@optimaindia.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Replacements, Returns and Cancellations

        We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery. Return Policy is implied only where the product has defects or damage. We do not accept returns in case of a wrong selection made by a customer. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Replacements will be approved only after defective items arrive at our store and strict verifications.
