       If a product is listed with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Optimaindia.in has the right to reserves to reject or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been shipped. 
In case Optimaindia.in accepts your order, the amount will be debited from your credit/debit card account and notify you via email that the payment has been processed.
       If we need to cancel the order after processing the payment due to any technical issue or in case of any damage happened to the available product in our warehouse after the processing of your order, the debited amount will be refunded to your account within the processing time depending on the partner banks.

Sales and Return Terms

​       We will not take back or exchange the products that are already sell. Once your order confirms, the item will be checked for physical damage before delivery, if we noticed any physical damage to the product, we will inform you and will send another same item to you as soon as possible. We are not liable for any kind of physical damage to the item after the delivery.
        It is the responsibility of the buyer to immediately check at the counter or delivery time for the physical condition of the purchased goods.
